Design Phase Consulting Services
We offer highly specialized consulting services for architects and contractors during the design phase of your project. This service, distinct from our standard fees, allows you to leverage our expertise to review your designs and make necessary adjustments before finalizing construction documents or applying for permits.
By proactively engaging our consulting services early in the design phase, we can help ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
This early intervention can significantly reduce the risk of costly revisions later in construction, saving you time and money.
For instance, if a bathroom wall is non-compliant due to size constraints, it may need to be reconstructed, leading to delays and additional expenses. Our services can help you avoid such situations, providing relief and reassurance.
